FACT: All our staff have Working with Children Check cards, copies for your event attendees are available on request a week prior to your event date.
We have a young and dynamic group of Monsterball Staff who share a passion for events. You’re sure to see at least one of these friendly faces onsite at your event with us, they are the team that delivers the F U N to every event they attend. From setting up the inflatables safely, supervising and packing down, they are professional and friendly, and you’ll feel at ease knowing they are looking after the amusements at your event.
Customer Service Manager
Ash is always onsite at our major events managing the teams, onsite event crews and liaising with our onsite clients.
She will make sure your event is running smooth and you may also be greeted by her should you call the Office during the week !
Ashleigh is our amazing customer service manager. She will be the one liaising with our biggest clients and organising our major corporate events both local and regional around Western Australia.
Customer Service Officer
Sarah is our booking and enquiries guru and will be there from quoting and booking stage to organising the event information and onsite crew for your event.

Sarah is our bubbly Customer Service Officer, with over 6 years of experience in Customer Service she is here to assist you with anything you need!
His role in the company is vital for the smooth running of events as he ensures all inflatables are loaded into the right trucks to come to the correct event. We wouldn’t want Tinkerbell Bouncy Castle coming to you if you have hired Cars Bouncy Castle!
Lukas has been working with Monsterball for 3 years, he is our trusty shed/logistics manager as well as working on site when needed.
Meet the bosses! With 8 years of experience in the industry, they are professional, friendly and passionate about customer service and creating an amazing experience for every customer from start to finish.
These three play a critical part in the company, from hiring and training all employees at Monsterball, through to onsite management at all our huge community events that we attend!

We always have on site operator positions available, with the main tasks of setting up, supervising and packing down the inflatable equipment. The job can be quite physical and heavy lifting is required, but most importantly it’s always a fun environment!
There are plenty of opportunities to travel throughout the whole of WA as we provide HOURS OF FUN from Esperance right through to Broome in Summer!
